After 50 years of good health, we found ourselves suffering (like most of our society) with multiple auto-immune conditions, hormonal dis-regulation and muscular-skeletal injuries.  We were unwilling to simply continue to age in illness and misery.  To beat this future we studied medical and scientific literature and discovered how we could access our bodies’ natural healing capacity.  Our intensive study unveiled the core cause of our dis-health: a poisonous food environment.  We discovered that the western food supply, rife with sugars and hyper-processed faux-food, was actually poisoning us.

After healing our own bodies with an anti-inflammatory and toxin-free diet, we decided that we missed some of the celebratory and social aspects of food. So we set out to create a sugar/sweetener free and low toxin food that we could indulge in. This pursuit led us to create our “Chocolate the Healthy Way” line of products.

We have perfected our Resolute Chocolate bar over the past nine years. Resolute Chocolate has all of the health advantages of pure cacao, without any health-destroying sweeteners. Our special processing technique of our South American cacao leaves only trace amounts of cacao’s natural oxalates, while it takes away the bitterness of pure cacao and increases a mouth-satisfying smoothness.
